A Town Service For Residents
of Moultonborough
A home care agency with an unique tie to
the Town of Moultonborough as we are a department of the town.
The Moultonborough Visiting Nurse Service
is a home care agency which was established in 1971.
We celebrated 30 years of service to the community
in 2001.
Although the service has seen many changes
in the delivery of health care over the last 30 years,
the agency has always strived to provide quality
care to the residents of Moultonborough.
We are licensed by the State of New Hampshire,
and are Medicare/Medicaid certified since 1993.
We are governed by a volunteer Board of Directors
comprised of members of the community who oversee the operation of the service.
Our service is available 24hrs/day 365 days/year
