Meet at Playground Dr. for a unique fitness class. The group will begin with a warm up, followed by stretches. Then, participants will choose an aerobic activity for 25 minutes. It could be walking, biking, or jogging along the bike path, shooting hoops, or tossing a baseball to a partner. At the end, the group will re-join for cool down exercises. Bring a friend.

This class is instructed by a certified yoga instructor. The class is designed for adults who need a gentler form of yoga. Yoga is a great way to de-stress, increase flexibility and stay physically active.
Please wear loose fitting clothes, bring some water, and a yoga mat or towel
